Music students, save the date Sept. 27 for the City of Music Career Day

Music students, check out this upcoming event:

The City of Music Career Day will be 8 a.m.- 2 p.m., Thurs., Sept. 27 at the Seattle Center.

Career Day is a one-day educational program that provides students and aspiring professionals age 16-24 direct access to music industry professionals through experiential learning, engaging workshops, performance, and networking.

Panelists, moderators, and speakers include artists and professionals from Seattle Office of Film + Music, Sub Pop Records, KEXP, One Reel, City Arts Magazine, and more!

Throughout the day, student participants will explore a wide range of career opportunities in music including performance, concert production, journalism, record label operations, broadcasting, and more.

There's no cost to attend. Space is limited so register early!
